WHITE PIZZA 
1 loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
3/4 lb. Mozzarella cheese, thin sliced or shredded
2 cloves garlic, minced
6 leaves fresh basil or 1 tsp. dried basil

Knead dough, adding flour if necessary to make a smooth, silky mass. Turn into greased bowl, turning to coat, cover and let rise until double in bulk, about 2 hours.

Grease a 10"x20" cookie sheet. Punch down dough, knead for 3 minutes. Flatten dough to a size to fit your pan. Top with Mozzarella, garlic and basil.

Serving Suggestion: Pleasant change from tomato sauce. Good with salad.
