CONGO BARS 
3 eggs
2/3 c. butter or 2 sticks
1 pkg. light brown sugar
2 3/4 c. flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 pkg. milk chocolate chips
1 c. nuts, chopped fine

Mix all ingredients together and spread on well buttered large deep cookie pan. (I use the bottom of my oven broiler pan.) Batter will be very thick. Just spread out batter thin, thin on pan. Bake 20 to 25 minutes, depending on size of pan, at 350 degrees. Let cool and cut into squares. Makes a very large amount. Should be very chewy.
