CONGO BARS 
1 box light brown sugar
2/3 c. Crisco oil
3 eggs
2 1/3 c. flour
2 1/3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
1 c. walnuts

Add oil to brown sugar. Mix in eggs, one at a time, beating well after each egg. Add flour, baking powder and vanilla. Mix well. Add chocolate chips and walnuts. Spread into 13 x 9 inch greased and floured pan. Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
