HOT CORN CASSEROLE 
2 cans cream corn
1 c. Bisquick
1 egg
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. milk
3-4 jalapeno peppers
Grated Cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. sugar

Combine all ingredients except peppers and cheese. Pour 1/2 mixture in casserole dish and layer with cut up peppers and shredded cheese. Pour the rest and top with peppers and cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for about 30 minutes or until done.
