TEETHING BISCUITS | |
2 eggs 1 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 2 c. unbleached flour Beat eggs; add vanilla and sugar. Stir in flour and continue to stir until dough is stiff. Roll out in waxed paper. Cut out donut shapes. (Use salt shaker and cup if no donut cutter available.) Let stand 10 to 12 hours. Bake at 325 degrees until slightly browned and hard. Makes 12 to 18 cookies. These are hard as rock and won't crumble like store-bought. The donut shape is easy for baby to hold. |
