SOUTHERN GRITS CASSEROLE 
4 c. water
1 c. grits, uncooked
1 stick butter
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten & milk to make 1 cup
3/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Paprika

Stir grits into boiling water, butter and salt; stir occasionally. Return to boil and reduce heat. Cook 2 1/2 to 5 minutes. Stir in cheese cut in cubes. Cook on low heat until cheese is melted. Let cool; add milk, eggs and garlic. Pour in casserole. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
