HOT PEPPERS & WIENERS 
1 gallon hot peppers
2 lbs. wieners
1 qt. tomato juice
1 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. white vinegar
2 tsp. salt
1 box garlic
2 lbs. carrots
2 lg. onions, chopped

Combine all ingredients. Boil for 15 minutes. Add 1 head of cauliflower, cut into pieces. Boil another 5 minutes. Put into jars. Cold pack in hot, boiling water about 10 to 15 minutes. Makes about 7 quarts.
