EASY LASAGNA 
2 lbs. ground beef
2 cans prepared spaghetti sauce with meat or mushrooms
3 c. cottage cheese
1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
8 oz. pkg. lasagna noodles

Brown meat, drain off excess grease. Mix sauce, cottage cheese and meat together. Cook noodles in large amount boiling water to which a little oil has been added to keep noodles from sticking together. Drain noodles and rinse with cold water. Place half of noodles in 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Spread half of the meat and cottage cheese and sauce mixture and 1/2 of Mozzarella cheese over noodles. Repeat layers.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting into squares. Makes 12 servings. Can be assembled early and refrigerated or frozen until ready to use. Allow extra time for heating.
