LASAGNA - THE EASY WAY 
1 lb. ground beef
32 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
1 c. water
8 oz. lasagna noodles (uncooked)
16 oz. sm. curd cottage cheese
6 oz. grated mozzarella cheese
4 oz. grated cheddar cheese

Brown meat and drain. Add spaghetti sauce and water. Arrange half of noodles, half of meat (3 cups), half of cottage cheese and half of mozzarella cheese. Second layer, remaining noodles, meat cottage cheese and mozzarella cheese. Top with cheddar cheese. Let sit in refrigerator overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
