SNOW WHITE CHOCOLATE ROLL 
6 tbsp. flour
6 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
4 egg whites, stiffly beaten
4 egg yolks, beaten until thick & a lemon color
1 tsp. vanilla

Sift flour once, measure, add cocoa, baking powder and salt. Sift together three times. Fold in sugar gradually into egg whites. Fold in egg yolks and vanilla. Fold in flour gradually. Pour into a greased 15 x 10 inch pan lined with wax paper. Bake at 400 degrees for 9 to 13 minutes. Invert onto cloth, covered with powdered sugar. Roll in cloth, let cool. After cool, fill with flour icing. Roll and refrigerate.
