SOUR CREAM RAISIN PIE 
1/2 c. raisins
1 c. boiling water
1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 (8 or 9-inch) baked pie shell

Pour boiling water over raisins and let soak. Add the cinnamon to the pudding mix and make according to the directions on the box. Drain raisins well and add these and sour cream to the prepared pudding mix. Stir to blend. Pour into baked pie shell. Refrigerate until set. Serve with whipped cream.
