PUNCH BOWL CAKE 
1 cake mix (white or yellow)
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drained
1 can cherry pie filling
1 lg. box instant vanilla pudding, mixed according to directions
1 pt. whipping cream, whipped or 1 lg. Cool Whip
Chopped nuts

In a punch bowl or large glass bowl; break into 2 or 3 inch squares. (Bake your cake mix according to package directions.) Layer 1/2 of cake, 1/2 pineapple, 1/2 of cherry pie filling, 1/2 of the pudding, and 1/2 of whipped cream or Cool Whip; repeat. Top with nuts. Refrigerate several hours before serving. Serves 20 to 25 people.
