2 c. Oreo cookie crumbs (about 24 cookies, reserve about 2 tbsp.)
1/3 c. butter, melted
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2/3 c. sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 c. whipping cream, whipped

Combine cookie crumbs and butter, press onto bottom of springform pan. Beat cream cheese until light and fluffy. Gradually add sugar and vanilla. Fold whipped cream and cookie crumbs into cream cheese mixture. Spread onto crust. Chill several hours or overnight.
