GREEN PEA PUREE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen green peas
1 tbsp. evaporated skim milk
1/4 tsp. dried chervil, crushed
Salt and pepper to taste

Steam peas until tender, 5-8 minutes; drain well. Puree in food processor; add milk, chervil, salt, and pepper. Heat in saucepan over low heat, stirring often, until thick enough to mound. Pipe through pastry bag onto plates. Makes 4 servings.
