GREEN PEPPER STUFFING 
2 c. green pepper, fine cut
2 c. green pepper, blender cut (not too fine, not puree)
1 c. 1-inch celery pieces (blender chop but not puree)
2 tbsp. fresh parsley, fine chopped
2 tbsp. green onion, fine chopped
4 tbsp. onion, fine chopped
1 beef bouillon cube
1/2 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet (put in 1/4 c. water; add bouillon cube)
1 1/4 lb. ground beef or turkey (better with the beef)
1/2 c. chopped boiled ham
1 c. water (drain the blended green pepper and celery and use this water)
1 1/2 c. Reisings N.O. French Bread Crumbs
1 1/2 c. sm. chopped or broken Binder French bread
Salt and season salt to taste
Dash of garlic powder

Fry off ground beef; add onion and fry until transparent. Add other greens and ham. Fry until cooked, stirring often. Add bread crumbs and water and bouillon, etc. water and seasoning. Stir until desired consistency is reached.

Pan spray pans and fill with stuffing. Top with plain bread crumbs. Dot with butter and bake in a 350 degree oven for 1/2 hour to 45 minutes until bubbly. Will fit 2 (9 inch) pie pans and serve about 8 as a side dish.
