POPPYSEED CHICKEN | |
6 chicken breasts, cooked, cubed 1 c. sour cream 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 stick butter, melted 1 tube Ritz crackers, crushed 2 tbsp. poppy seeds Spread chicken in greased 2-2 1/2 quart casserole dish. Mix sour cream and soup together. Spread over chicken. Mix remaining ingredients together and spread over top. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. If desired, mix 1/4 cup shredded Swiss cheese in with soup and sour cream, then sprinkle additional cheese on top BEFORE topping with crackers. |
