BREAST OF SWISS-MUENSTER CHICKEN 
6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
Swiss or Muenster cheese slices
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 box onion and garlic croutons
1/2 can water
1 stick butter

Cut each chicken breast in half into 4 to 6 chunks. Place raw chunks in 12 x 8 inch baking dish.

Cover chicken with layer of cheese slices. Blend 1 can cream of chicken soup with 1/2 can water and spoon over cheese.

Crush 1 box of croutons and sprinkle over casserole.

Melt butter and drizzle over casserole. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees uncovered.
