CREAMY COLE SLAW | |
1 lg. head cabbage, shredded 1/4 c. sugar 1/4 c. lemon juice 2/3 c. mayonnaise 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. black pepper 1 c. grated carrots 1/2 c. diced green pepper Sprinkle cabbage with sugar and salt. Toss, cover and chill 1 hour. Mix lemon juice, mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Pour over cabbage. Add carrots and green pepper; toss to mix well. |
