SALMON PARTY LOG 
2 c. canned salmon
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. onion, grated
1 tsp. prepared horseradish
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
3 tbsp. parsley, snipped

Drain and flake salmon. Remove skin and bones. Combine with next 6 ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Chill several hours (better overnight). Combine nuts and parsley. Shape salmon mixture in a log or ball. Roll in nut mixture. Chill well (overnight best). Serve with crackers.
