TEXAS SHEET CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 sticks butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. water
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tbsp. vinegar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix flour and sugar in a bowl and set aside. Bring butter, cocoa and water to boil in pan. Pour over flour and sugar. Add buttermilk, vinegar, eggs, cinnamon, soda and vanilla; mix well. Pour into greased and floured 17 x 9 inch pan. Bake 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees.

FROSTING:

Bring to boil 4 tablespoons cocoa, 1 stick butter and 6 tablespoons milk; remove from heat and add 1 box powdered sugar. Beat and add 1 teaspoon vanilla and 1 1/2 cups chopped nuts. Pour hot frosting on hot cake.
