HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
3 c. cooked chicken breasts (put through food processor)
1 1/2 c. diced celery
3/4 c. toasted almonds
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 c. crushed potato chips
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 tsp. salt

Mix everything together except chips and cheese. Put into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with chips and cheese. Bake 10 minutes at 450 degrees.
