EASY BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 lb. round steak
1 c. water
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. dry onion soup
1 sm. carton sour cream
Noodles or rice

Trim excess fat from steak and cut steak into bite size pieces. Salt, pepper, flour and fry in small amount of oil until brown. Add water and soups and simmer until meat is tender. Add sour cream and simmer 5 minutes. Serve over noodles or rice.
