1 pkg. (32 oz.) frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. butter, melted
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper

Mix all ingredients together and pour into 9 x 13 inch baking dish and cook uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 10-12.
