GOOD MORNING SHAKE 
2 c. plain yogurt
1/2 c. orange juice
2 very ripe bananas
1 c. frozen berries
1 tbsp. wheat germ, optional

Mix in blender yogurt and orange juice. Add and blend bananas, one at a time slowly add and blend frozen berries (then wheat germ if desired). This is a great "on the go" breakfast! Makes 1 large or 2 small drinks.
