FRUIT COFFEE CAKE 
1 c. butter
1 3/4 c. sugar
4 eggs
3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. almond extract
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. salt
1 can fruit pie filling (cherry, blueberry, apple, peach, etc.)

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time and beat. Mix in rest of ingredients except the pie filling. Place 2/3 of the dough in a greased 10"x15" pan. Spread pie filling on the top. Drop remaining dough on top. Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Drizzle with powdered sugar glaze while warm if desired.
