COTTAGE CHEESE SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. Jello, any flavor
1 (1 lb.) can crushed pineapple
1 (16 oz.) pkg. sm. curd cottage cheese
1 (12 oz.) pkg. Cool Whip

Heat pineapple to boiling point and add Jello. Cool until slightly thickened. Fold in cottage cheese, then Cool Whip. Refrigerate.

VARIATION: Add 1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows, and/or one small can mandarin oranges, drained.
