POPPY SEED CHICKEN 
1-2 whole chickens, seasoned
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 oz. sour cream, more or less to taste
Ritz crackers
Poppy seed

Boil chicken until done. Debone, skin and cut into chunks. Mix together soups and sour cream. Combine with chicken. Spread in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Cover top with crushed Ritz crackers and sprinkle with poppy seed. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes or until bubbly.
