CREAM CHEESE COOKIES 
1 c. sweet butter, softened
8 oz. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
3 1/2 c. all-purpose flour

1. Mix butter in bowl until light and fluffy. Beat in cheese (little at a time).

2. Add sugar and vanilla. Add flour mix until all ingredients are combined. Make little dough balls, about the size of a nickel. Flatten dough balls with a fork. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes. While warm sprinkle with confectioners' sugar.
