ROASTED WILD DUCK | |
2 sm. carrots 2 sticks of celery 2 sm. onions 1 lg. onion (whole) Salt and pepper (red and black) to taste A brace of ducks (means 2) Salt and pepper a Brace of Ducks (2) well inside and out. Insert a small piece of carrot, a small piece of onion, and piece of celery inside of ducks to fit tightly. Brown ducks in Crisco oil. Add one whole onion to oil. Then add one cup of water to ducks and cover. Bake in oven at 350 degrees until brown and tender. |
