1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 c. flour
1 stick butter

Mix until crumbly, save 1 cup. Add: 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. vanilla 1/4 tsp. salt 1 c. milk

Crumble six Heath bars and add to the 1 cup of flour mixture and sprinkle on top of cake. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
