DEBI'S FRIED RICE 
4 pork steak loin
1 bunch scallions
1 egg, scrambled
Rice (Watermaid shortgrain)
1 tbsp. sesame oil
2 carrots, chopped and sliced

Cook rice. Chop pork chops in small dices. Fry in sesame oil until light brown. Slice up green onions and carrots. Scramble egg. After rice is steamed (cooked), put enough on large frying pan to allow room to mix. Put in teaspoon of sesame oil and brown the rice. Slowly add carrots, and green onion. When carrots and onions cook, add pork and eggs, stirring constantly. Add meat. Repeat until all ingredients are used up.
