HEAVENLY CHOCOLATE - BERRY PIE 
1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 pt. fresh strawberries
3 tbsp. sugar
1/3 c. butter, melted
1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 c. plus 2 tbsp. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. shortening
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. whipping cream

1. Combine crumbs, sugar and butter; mix well and press into bottom and sides of lightly greased 9 inch pie plate.

2. Bake at 325 degrees for 10 minutes, cool completely.

3. Place 1/2 cup chocolate morsels in top of a double boiler; bring water to a boil. Reduce heat to low and cook until chocolate melts. Set aside to cool.

4. Beat cream cheese with mixer until light and fluffy; add brown sugar, melted chocolate and vanilla, mixing well.

5. Fold the whipped cream into cream cheese mixture and spoon into cooled crust. Chill 8 hours.

6. Set aside 1 strawberry and cut remaining strawberries into thick slices. Arrange over filling; place whole berry in center.

7. Combine remaining chocolate morsels and shortening in small saucepan over low heat; cook until the chocolate morsels melt and drizzle over strawberries.
