TOASTED TUNA LOAF 
1 (6 1/2 to 7 oz.) can tuna
1/4 c. butter
1 (8 oz.) loaf French bread
1 tbsp. grated onion
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 c. grated cheese
2 tbsp. chopped sweet pickles or sweet pickle relish

Drain tuna. Flake in small bowl. In another bowl, cream butter and blend in mustard. Cut bread in half, lengthwise and remove a small amouNt of aenter. Spread bread with mustard butter. Combine remaining ingredients with flaked tuna. Fill bread with mixture. Cut loaf into 12 slices and wrap in aluminum foil. Bake in a very hot oven (450 degrees) for 30 minutes. Serves 6.
