ENCHILADA PIE 
1 lb. ground meat
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can milk
1 can enchilada sauce
Minced onion
8 oz. grated cheddar cheese
1 1/2 - 2 pkgs. (around 16) corn tortillas

Brown ground meat and onions; add remaining ingredients, except tortillas and cheese. Layer in large casserole dish the tortillas, meat mixture, then cheese until all meat mixture is gone. Top with the remaining cheese. Bake in moderate oven until done, 375 degrees, about 30 minutes or until bubbly.
