FRUIT COCKTAIL CAKE 
2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs, beaten with a pinch of salt
1 regular can fruit cocktail with juice

Mix and bake at 350°F about 25 minutes in a 13 x 9 pan.

Frosting:

1 stick butter
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 can coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
1 small can evaporated milk

Bring to boiling point. Add to warm cake.
