CRACKER BREAD 
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 env. yeast
1/2 tsp. sugar
2/3 c. warm water
3 tbsp. sesame seeds
2 tbsp. butter, melted

Combine flour, salt and yeast in a bowl. in pan combine butter, sugar and water over low heat until sugar is dissolved. Add to flour mixture, stir, then add sesame seeds, stir. Knead for 7 to 8 minutes. Place in greased bowl for 1 1/2 hours to rise. Take 1/4 of dough and roll out on floured surface very, very thin, place on greased cookie sheet, sprinkle with more sesame seeds. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Break in pieces.
