RICE CASSEROLE 
3 c. instant rice
1 can tuna fish
1 can peas or mixed carrots and peas
Grated cheese (Velveeta works best - if Cheddar add milk)
1 can cream of celery soup (substitute cream of mushroom or cream of chicken)

Cook minute rice according to directions. Add cup of soup to rice and mix well. Then in casserole dish add just 1/2 of rice, on top 1/2 can tuna fish chopped up, 1/2 can of vegetables and grated cheese covering the top then repeat using the rest of ingredients. In microwave 15 minutes on high with lid on.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
