1 lg. can peaches, sliced
1 box butter pecan or spice cake mix
1 stick butter
1/2 c. pecan pieces

Pour peaches in 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle with cake mix. Dribble butter over mix and add pecans. Bake at 375 degrees until brown.
