QUICK BAKING MIX | |
4 1/2 c. flour 4 1/2 c. whole wheat flour 2 tbsp. baking powder 1 tbsp. salt 2 tsp. cream of tartar 1 tsp. baking soda 1 1/2 c. powdered milk 2 1/4 c. shortening Sift together dry ingredients. Blend well. Cut in shortening. Mixture will resemble corn meal. Put in a large airtight container, label and store in a cool, dry place. Keeps 10 to 12 weeks. |
