GRANDMA'S DUTCH MEATLOAF 
1 lb. ground chuck
1/2 med. onion, chopped
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 tsp. salt
Pepper
1 c. torn day-old bread

TOPPING:

1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. prepared mustard

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix meatloaf ingredients in large bowl. Place in loaf pan. Spread half remaining tomato sauce over top. Bake 15 minutes. Mix topping and spread over meatloaf. Bake 1 hour.
