CREAMY DIET FRUIT SALAD 
1 pkg. lemon Jello, sugar free
3/4 c. syrup from fruit
3 pks. Equal sweetener
1 c. cottage cheese
1 1/3 c. well drained fruit cocktail
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 c. evaporated milk (may use skimmed)

Heat syrup, pour over Jello. Add Equal. Stir. Let this cool a little while getting other ingredients ready. Add all to Jello mixture. Put in 8 x 10 dish, mold or bowl. Refrigerate at least 1 hour. Can be made day before.
