CRUMB CAKE 
2 sticks butter
2 c. sugar
5 eggs
2 tsp. baking powder
1 lb. box graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. milk
1 c. fine chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. coconut

Cream butter, add sugar, add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition, add graham crumbs, baking powder, milk, coconut, pecans and vanilla, mix well. Bake in 3 (8 or 9 inch) cake pans, 30 to 35 minutes, on 350 degrees.

ICING:

1 stick butter
1 box 4 xxx confectioners' sugar
1 sm. can drained crushed pineapple
1 c. fine chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix well, spread between layers, sides, and top of cake.
