HEATH CAKE 
German chocolate cake mix
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 bottle caramel ice cream topping
Cool Whip
3-4 Heath bars

Prepare German chocolate cake mix as directed in a 9"x13" pan. While still warm, pinch holes in cake and pour the can of Eagle Brand milk over the cake. Allow cake to cool completely; pour ice cream topping on cake and top with Cool Whip. Crunch the Heath bars in food processor and sprinkle over Cool Whip.
