HERBED TURKEY BREAST 
1 turkey breast (4 to 5 lb.) fresh or thawed
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 cup garden vegetable-flavored whipped cream cheese
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. fresh parsley, minced
1/2 tsp. dry basil leaves
1/2 tsp. rubbed sage
1/2 tsp. dry thyme leaves
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Put turkey in crockpot. Combine remaining ingredients and brush over turkey. Cover. Cook on low 10 to 12 hours or high 5 to 6 hours.
