HERBED TURKEY CASSEROLE 
12 oz. ground raw turkey
1 c. sliced onions
2 c. chopped fresh tomatoes
2 c. tomato juice
1 c. long grain rice
2 tsp. chili powder
1 tbsp. chopped fresh oregano

Place turkey and onions in a nonstick, microwave-safe casserole dish. Cover and microwave on High for 5 minutes, stirring once. Drain. Stir in remaining ingredients and cover with vented plastic wrap. Microwave on High for 8 minutes or until rice is tender. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh oregano sprig if desired.

Makes 4 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
