PISTACHIO PUDDING PIE 
CRUST:

1/2 c. butter, softened
45 Ritz crackers, crushed

FILLING:

2 sm. boxes pistachio pudding
1 1/2 c. milk
1 qt. vanilla ice cream, softened

TOPPING:

2 Heath or Skor candy bars

Mix crackers and butter. Pat in 9"x13" pan. Bake 10 minutes in 350 degree oven. Cool. Combine puddings with milk. Add softened ice cream. Pour over cooled crust. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Top with crumbled candy bar before serving.
