2 sticks butter 2 sticks butter 1 c. sugar Bring this mixture to a rolling boil and boil for 3 minutes, stirring frequently. Place graham crackers (2/3 pound) on a slightly buttered pan with edges. Pour butter/sugar mixture over graham crackers and sprinkle with nuts (pecan pieces work best). Bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool on wax paper. |
