VEGETABLE PIE 
1/2 head cabbage
3 or 4 med. squash
1 box frozen broccoli or use fresh
2 onions
6 eggs
14 oz. cream cheese
2 deep dish pie crusts (optional)
6 oz. Mozzarella cheese

Cut up cabbage, squash, broccoli and onions. Fry in electric frying pan with 1 stick butter on 340 degrees for 30 minutes or until tender. Pour the vegetables in 2 deep dish pie crusts or in a baking dish. Mix the eggs and cream cheese together and pour over the vegetables. Top with Mozzarella cheese. Bake 30 minutes in preheated oven at 350 to 400 degrees.
