GREEN BEAN AND MUSHROOM SALAD 
1 1/2 green beans, blanched
1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
1/4 c. plain lowfat yogurt
2 tbsp. minced scallions
2 tbsp. reduced calorie mayonnaise
2 tbsp. cottage cheese
1 tbsp. minced parsley
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. Dijon style mustard
Dash salt
Dash pepper

In medium bowl combine green beans and mushrooms, tossing to combine; set aside.

In blender container combine remaining ingredients and process until pureed, scraping down sides of container as necessary; pour over green beans-mushroom mixture and toss to coat. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
