GRILLED SWORDFISH 
MARINADE:

1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. sherry
2 tbsp. oil
2 tbsp. rice vinegar
1/4 c. minced green onion
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. garlic
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. dry mustard

Combine marinade ingredients and pour over 1 1/2 lb. swordfish. Cover and marinate at least 1 hour. Grill fish over medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes per side.

Being unable to fathom green onions or whole garlic in a marinade, I substitute 1/2 tsp onion powder and 1/4 tsp garlic powder, respectively. Think that swordfish cannot be improved? So did I. Until I tried this!
